Processing time
Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. We usually process orders pretty quickly, but in the case of a busy season, we reserve up to 4 days to process.

If you are wanting something by a certain date, please message us on our website or Instagram and we will try our best to accommodate. 

If you are local to DFW, please feel free to contact us & see if we can meet up for delivery to avoid shipping delays.

Shipping time

Tracking
You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped so you can follow its progress.

Lost or delayed packages
Once your order has been shipped, it is handled by the carrier. If you experience any issues, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

International shipping

We currently ship to addresses throughout Canada. Available shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the order and destination.

Ready-to-ship orders are generally processed at our Texas studio within 2–4 business days. Canadian delivery times begin after processing and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Canadian orders may be subject to applicable duties, taxes, brokerage or import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by Canadian customs and the shipping carrier and are the customer’s responsibility. Once Upon A Rumi does not control or receive these fees.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned because of unpaid import charges, delivery refusal or an incorrect address may have return costs and nonrefundable carrier charges deducted from any eligible refund.
